About the Role
As a Master Electrician, you will lead the installation, maintenance, and optimization of complex electrical systems that power advanced manufacturing equipment. This role is critical to ensuring maximum equipment uptime, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations. You will not just be maintaining equipment; you will be supporting innovation at scale within a high-tech aerospace facility.
In this position, you will oversee and mentor electricians and maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and training. You will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to improve system performance and efficiency, while managing outside contractors for electrical projects and upgrades. Your work will directly impact the reliability of CNC machines, automated systems, robotics, and facility infrastructure.

Requirements
