About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Master Craftsman with deep remodeling experience to lead full-scale residential projects in the Brunswick County area. This role is designed for a professional who thrives on solving complex problems and takes ownership of their work, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality.
You will manage the entire lifecycle of remodeling jobs, including kitchens, baths, siding, and interior/exterior updates. Beyond the technical execution, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, communicating clearly and professionally to ensure their satisfaction. The position offers consistent year-round work with a strong emphasis on maintaining a clean, organized work environment and a healthy work-life balance, including no weekend shifts.

Interested candidates must currently reside in Brunswick County and possess a valid driver's license. The selection process includes a review of your professional background, followed by a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
