As a Customer Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for maintaining elevated levels of customer satisfaction among homeowners. Your mission is to proactively resolve customer issues following the closing of a home. This role is a blend of hands-on craftsmanship and customer relations, achieved by facilitating all customer warranty requests. Depending on the situation, you will either perform the actual repairs or schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure the work is completed to standard.
