Wake County Public School System seeks a Master Craftsman to deliver advanced, hands-on skilled trades instruction within our Education and Skilled Labor departments. Based in Raleigh, NC, this unique role blends expert craftsmanship with teaching, guiding diverse students in safe, high-quality projects that build technical, problem-solving, and career-readiness skills.
As a Master Craftsman, you will design and lead lab-based lessons, maintain tools and facilities, and model industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, and community partners to shape equitable, innovative pathways into high-demand trades. Requirements
