Trend Personnel Services is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected plaintiff-side litigation firm seeking an experienced Mass Tort Paralegal to join its growing legal team. About the Role
As a Mass Tort Paralegal, you will support attorneys throughout all phases of mass tort litigation. You will play a critical role in organizing and maintaining large volumes of client files, medical records, and case documentation. Your day-to-day will involve assisting with client intake, case development, and ongoing client communication, as well as reviewing, summarizing, and managing medical records and supporting evidence.
You will also prepare discovery responses, document productions, and litigation materials while coordinating with experts, medical providers, and outside vendors. Maintaining case management databases and tracking critical deadlines will be essential to ensuring the smooth progression of cases. Additionally, you will assist with settlement administration and claim processing as needed.
