About the Role

Based in our Rochester, NY office, this role serves as the strategic lead for our proposal and presentation efforts. You will guide the narrative from pre-RFP positioning through the interview stage, ensuring that our technical expertise is translated into compelling, compliant, and visually engaging proposals. This position is pivotal in shaping how we communicate our value to clients in the A/E/C industry.

You will collaborate closely with project managers, Business Unit Leaders, and subject matter experts to craft cohesive stories that highlight our capabilities. From leading pursuit kick-off calls to refining executive summaries and technical approaches, you will be the bridge between complex engineering data and clear, persuasive messaging. The role requires a creative eye for design, allowing you to enhance content with infographics, charts, and strategic layouts that align with our firmwide branding standards.

While this is primarily an in-office position, there is potential to transition to a hybrid schedule combining remote and in-office work as the role evolves.
