As a Technical Product Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in mastering and evolving technical training material development and instruction processes. You will design, develop, and deliver e-Learning and Instructor-Led training materials by synthesizing technical documentation, engineering specifications, and insights from subject matter experts.
Your day-to-day will involve creating comprehensive training plans, slide packages, student and instructor guides, and performance exams. You will work within a laboratory environment to verify procedures and training materials using hardware and software, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and effectiveness. This role requires regular updates to training materials and maintaining configuration management of source materials, all while fostering effective communication with team and program leads.

Experience creating training materials using e-learning products such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Adobe Authorware. Experience conducting technical training sessions. Experience performing work on systems involving networking hardware, radar/signal inputs, or general information technology infrastructure racks and consoles. Experience using Solaris or Linux-based software tools and command terminals. Experience utilizing engineering documentation and customer requirements to create training objectives and content. Experience performing peer reviews of training materials. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Experience collaborating in a team environment. Experience providing primary communication of technical information to management, customers, and other engineering team members.
