This position serves as a key resource and subject matter expert for the company’s CRM and marketing information systems. You will actively contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies and business development objectives in alignment with Kraus-Anderson’s growth initiatives.
As an experienced contributor, you will independently manage day-to-day marketing operations, CRM administration, and reporting functions. This role enables Marketing, Business Development, and Preconstruction teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. Through proactive coordination, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help drive operational excellence, improve communication, and support successful pursuit and marketing outcomes.
You will be the primary point person for tradeshows, conferences, and related marketing events, managing everything from vendor logistics to on-site support. Additionally, you will translate complex CRM and marketing data into actionable insights, designing dashboards and reports that track pipeline, win rates, and revenue trends to support leadership decision-making.
