About the Role

As a CRM Campaign Manager within the Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to make cities more livable. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will work closely with the Marketing CRM team and directly with Product teams to leverage our solutions and automate communication toward our B2C customers.

Your primary focus will be developing, managing, and executing campaigns and automated programs designed to attract and retain customers. You will actively contribute to customer engagement and revenue targets while influencing our CRM Lifecycle strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact in a collaborative environment where you will serve as a customer advocate, ensuring the highest quality interactions across all lifecycle channels.
