Work Environment
This is primarily an office-based role located in Waco, with occasional travel to branches, events, and meetings. The position involves frequent use of standard office equipment and may require occasional lifting of marketing materials or display items up to 15 lbs.

- check_circleCoordinate with the Customer Intelligence team to support data accuracy

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- verified3+ years of professional experience in marketing, design, or communications
- verifiedStrong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- verifiedExperience managing social media content and analyzing performance
- verifiedExcellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- verifiedFoundational understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- verifiedMust open and maintain a checking or savings account with Extraco Banks
Nice to Have
Videography or photography experience. Familiarity with Drupal 9 CMS and HubSpot Marketing Automation.
