As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of the company's overall marketing and communications strategy. This role is designed for a strategic yet hands-on leader who can think creatively, execute effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environment.
You will oversee brand management, digital marketing initiatives, community engagement, campaign development, and organizational communications. By partnering closely with operational and clinical leadership, you will ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all clinics and communications while supporting brand growth initiatives, new clinic launches, and expansion efforts.
Note: This is a hybrid role with the requirement to reside within the Associates in Pediatric Therapy footprint.
