About the Role
This is a high-stakes, high-reward opportunity for a data-obsessed strategist and "Rainmaker" who has successfully scaled a firm and is ready to do it again. You will be responsible for developing and owning the firm's comprehensive annual Marketing Plan, aligned with aggressive revenue targets.
Your day-to-day will involve executing multi-channel campaigns with clear hypotheses for measurable results, monitoring lead volume and quality weekly, and ensuring a consistent daily social media presence. You will oversee the full digital infrastructure, from technical SEO and conversion optimization to managing CRM systems that track the lead-to-client journey with surgical precision. Beyond execution, you will cultivate a firm-wide culture of "rainmaking" by coaching staff on networking tactics and managing external vendors to ensure 100% accountability.

Requirements
