The Content Strategist (internally titled Account Strategist, Content & SEO) is a crucial, client-facing role responsible for day-to-day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders. This position focuses on Enterprise clients, requiring a deep understanding of the service line and how it impacts other areas of business to create a holistic marketing strategy.
In this role, you will serve as the main interface between our clients and our internal team. You are expected to build relationships that go beyond simple deliverables, getting to know clients on a human level to become their best consultant. Your day will involve crafting creative briefs, setting data-driven goals, and ensuring the execution of planned strategies through close collaboration with content writers, designers, and specialists. You will proactively communicate timeline expectations and progress to clients while keeping internal leadership informed of roadblocks and growth opportunities.
