The Marketing Coordinator serves as a vital support for the creation, organization, and distribution of digital marketing assets across platforms including social media, paid media, email, and the website. This role is responsible for producing engaging multimedia content and coordinating campaign assets to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the coordinator helps execute content strategies that effectively promote exhibitions, programs, and institutional initiatives while fostering an inclusive and dynamic digital presence.
In this position, you will partner with the Senior Manager of Social Media to support all aspects of the museum's social media strategy, including project management and asset sourcing. You will capture visual stories by shooting video and photography using mobile devices and professional equipment, often covering key on-site activations and events during evenings and weekends. Additionally, you will edit visual content in alignment with organizational brand standards and manage the traffic of advertising campaigns across relevant channels, ensuring all creative materials meet platform specifications and vendor requirements.
