About the Role
We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team, serving as the creative guardian for special projects within the marketing department. This role is pivotal in maintaining the firm's professional image across all service divisions. You will be the central point of contact for marketing production processes, specifically driving the preparation of RFQ/RFP responses for new business opportunities.
In this position, you will manage the lifecycle of marketing materials, from initial concept to final delivery. Your day-to-day involves coordinating the efforts of architects, engineers, consultants, and internal staff to formulate coordinated materials that best represent the firm's qualifications. You will also act as the technical resource for projects and presentations, ensuring that all outputs meet the highest standards of accuracy and design.

Requirements
