P&G's BeautyHouse is a multidisciplinary design studio supporting our beauty brands around the world. We are comprised of a diverse array of skills, backgrounds, and viewpoints, sitting elbow to elbow with Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Package Development to generate a broad spectrum of insights.

About the Role

We are looking for a Designer to join our Beauty Care team within BeautyHouse. As a hands-on creative, you will focus on developing a broad range of creative work, including 2D package design, in-store activations, and digital experiences. You will bring your ideas to life by executing visual strategies across multiple consumer touchpoints, from packaging and promotional materials to eCommerce and social media.

In this role, you will collaborate with likeminded creatives and multidisciplinary teams to support business needs. You will be accountable for excellent execution, ensuring brand guidelines are embraced consistently and creatively while justifying conceptual and directional choices to partners. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, empathy for the consumer, and the ability to navigate an environment of constant change.
