About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Lead to carry our story into the community and turn interest into kids walking through our doors for their first class. You will be the face of the academy, serving as the engine behind our enrollment journey by moving families from first discovery to their first trial experience.
This role exists because parents rarely enroll because they want their child to learn to code; they enroll because they want their child to grow. You will be the person who helps them see that growth is exactly what we offer and gives their child the chance to experience it firsthand. Your day will involve representing the academy in front of chambers of commerce, social clubs, and scouting organizations, building a social media presence that tells growth stories, and driving enrollments into low-risk entry experiences like trial classes and workshops.
