Creative Home Academy And Preschool, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a dedicated Childcare Director to join our 23-person team. We are looking for an attentive, punctual, and hard-working leader to support our mission of providing high-quality care and education.
In this role, you will assist the Owner and Educators in ensuring the health, safety, and quality of education for all children. You will collaborate with staff to ensure curriculum and classroom activities are delivered effectively, meeting the needs of students and the goals of the center. Your day will involve maintaining communication with families and the community, adhering to quality standards, and implementing improvements where necessary. You will also step in as a teacher when needed and maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
