About the Role
We are seeking a talented Infant Toddler Specialist to make a tangible impact on the lives of infants and toddlers within our Early Head Start Program. In this role, you will be the architect of a nurturing learning environment, planning and implementing educational activities that comply with federal performance standards. Your day will be filled with creating distinctive learning areas, conducting developmental screenings, and fostering positive relationships with children and their families.
You will be responsible for monitoring daily activities to ensure a safe environment, documenting progress through comprehensive portfolios, and communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's development. Hiring Process & Application
Candidates must successfully complete a Level II background screening, local criminal record check, health, TB, and drug screening prior to hiring. Specific training requirements, including the Florida Child Care Facility Training and Developmentally Appropriate Practices courses, must be completed within designated timelines after hire.
