The After School Site Director serves as the operational heart of our on-site enrichment program, which is designed to serve elementary-aged children. This role exists to ensure that every child experiences a safe, engaging, and educational environment that aligns with the JCC's core values. The Director will oversee daily operations, acting as the primary liaison between the program, families, and school partners.
In this position, you will manage the day-to-day rhythm of the site, from coordinating schedules and rosters to ensuring full regulatory compliance. You will lead a team of staff and volunteers, modeling positive guidance strategies to address behavioral needs and foster a culture of community. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for youth development and the ability to balance administrative duties with hands-on program coordination.
