Lotus Behavioral Health Inc in Baltimore, MD, is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our 41-person team. Located at 3701 Eastern Avenue, our organization is committed to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of youth enrolled in the IPROMISE Summer Program. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, engaging, and high-quality program experience where participants can thrive.
Youth Workers serve as positive role models who lead with consistency, energy, and accountability. The position involves facilitating structured enrichment activities, building trusting relationships with youth, and ensuring a supportive environment for students from elementary through high school age. Success in this role is defined by your ability to actively engage groups, manage behavior with patience and professionalism, and contribute to a culture of safety and growth.
