Spartanburg, SC, serves as the largest manufacturing and distribution site within the Keurig Dr. Pepper network. This facility operates on first-in-class factory systems featuring highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement. The site utilizes a High Performance Teams structure to execute foundational principles of Total Productive Maintenance and Lean Manufacturing. Every associate is accountable to both their functional business unit and the overall site operation, fostering a collaborative environment where internal and external teams work together to drive success.

About the Role

As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will be a key player in executing varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of automated electrical and mechanical systems. You will work within a team-based environment to identify gaps, breakdowns, and opportunities in equipment and integrated factory systems, driving improvements to implementation or resolution.

Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and installing complex manufacturing equipment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop plans to fulfill them. Beyond technical execution, you will be looked upon to train, mentor, and guide less experienced technicians within your group, ensuring the growth and development of the entire team. You will also assist other technicians and technical teams as priorities dictate, ensuring the smooth operation of the site.
