As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will be a key player in executing varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of automated electrical and mechanical systems. You will work within a team-based environment to identify gaps, breakdowns, and opportunities in equipment and integrated factory systems, driving improvements to implementation or resolution.
Your day-to-day involves troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and installing complex manufacturing equipment. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop plans to fulfill them. Beyond technical execution, you will be looked upon to train, mentor, and guide less experienced technicians within your group, ensuring the growth and development of the entire team. You will also assist other technicians and technical teams as priorities dictate, ensuring the smooth operation of the site.

Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Proficiency with Rockwell, Siemens, and Beckhoff PLCs. Experience with Laser Guided Vehicles and Autonomous Mobile Robots. Experience with Fanuc robotic systems. Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse execution, and manufacturing execution systems.
