About the Role
As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will lead automation and controls projects designed to optimize advanced manufacturing lines. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex engineering schematics and high-performance production, ensuring that PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems deliver reliability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to mentor junior engineers, drive lean initiatives, and support continuous improvement efforts that enhance throughput and safety compliance.
