About the Role

As an Electro Mechanical Technician, you will work with internal and external teams to execute varied maintenance, capital, and continuous improvement plans with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of automated electrical and mechanical systems is key to your success in this role.

In this team-based environment, you will be looked upon to train, mentor, and guide the work of less experienced technicians within your group. You will identify gaps, breakdowns, and opportunities in equipment and integrated factory systems, driving maintenance and process improvements to implementation or resolution. Your day will involve troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, or installing complex manufacturing equipment and systems, often working with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop plans to fulfill them.
