Manpower Analyst (Global Force)

About the Role

This Manpower Analyst position supports the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and its subordinate commands. Based at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, the role serves as a critical component within the Manpower Directorate (G-1). The analyst will provide professional services to support operations both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).

The scope of this position involves analyzing manpower requirements to support operational missions. You will advise and assist the Commander on personnel operations, management, policy, administration, awards, correspondence, travel management, and the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Program. The role requires coordinating with forward-deployed Marine Commanders, Force Providers, and Service Headquarters to ensure the deployment of appropriately organized, trained, and equipped combat and support formations.

The ideal candidate must be available for travel on less than 24 hours' notice to support personnel recovery and training for forward-deployed forces throughout the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR).
