We deliver a broad spectrum of solutions to U.S. and international government agencies, leveraging seasoned program management to meet diverse and complex challenges safely and innovatively.
As a Travel Coordinator, you will serve as the central point for planning itineraries and scheduling accommodations for employees, navigating complex routes, carrier types, and travel regulations. This role is critical for ensuring that travel is not only cost-effective and available but also convenient and compliant. You will verify travel orders to select the most advantageous routes, notify personnel of critical details such as baggage, medical, and visa requirements, and ensure all necessary clearances are obtained.
The position involves a dynamic, high-volume environment where routings are diverse and frequently require rerouting or replanning. A substantial portion of the work involves securing special allowances and arranging supplementary transportation facilities, often under conditions where obtaining required information is challenging. You will assist personnel with travel forms, deliver files prior to departure, and coordinate motor transportation for arriving or departing staff.
