About the Role
We are seeking dedicated drivers to help deliver America's dreams. This opportunity is specifically designed for inexperienced drivers or recent CDL graduates, offering a supportive path into the industry with comprehensive training and mentorship.
Training & Support
New drivers receive hands-on guidance with a dedicated driver trainer. During orientation, drivers are paid $100 per day, and $125 per day while paired with a trainer. To ensure comfort during the learning process, lunch and stay are provided. Drivers have the flexibility to choose between mileage or percentage pay, with starting rates at 58 CPM or 25.25% of the line haul.
The Fleet
We operate a modern fleet featuring brand new Kenworth and Peterbilt tractors paired with aluminum spread axle 53' flatbeds. Our equipment is maintained to high standards, and we do not utilize slip seats to ensure driver comfort and safety.
Hiring Criteria
To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid CDL-A license. Applicants must pass an agility test demonstrating the ability to lift and carry 100 lb. tarps and climb. A solid work history is required, along with a passing urine drug screen. Additionally, candidates must have no DUI/DW, reckless, or careless driving convictions in the past five years, and no alcohol or drug convictions. SAP drivers are not eligible for this position.
