The Role

In this capacity, you will serve as a critical bridge between legal, accounting, and business teams. You will assess and recommend tax structures for international and domestic restructurings, acquisitions, and dispositions. Your work will involve analyzing and presenting the tax implications of complex transactions through memoranda, presentation collateral, filings, financial statements, and contracts.

You will conduct thorough due diligence and develop appropriate tax terms and language to ensure tax and accounting compliance and effectiveness within M&A agreements. Additionally, you will support the integration process upon deal execution, uncover potential transfer tax and pricing issues, and advise on strategies to support the admissibility of deferred tax assets and the efficient utilization of tax attributes.
