About the Role
This position serves as a strategic partner within the United States distribution network, where we produce our well-loved household favorites to ensure our iconic brands are close at hand for consumers across the country. You will act as a distribution operations resource and liaison across functions, driving the evolution of how pallets flow into and out of the network. Your work will directly impact corporate operations and fiscal health by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and better support of process users.
In this role, you will lead change management when implementing new concepts across internal operations, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and plant partners. You will be instrumental in the design and maintenance of the Mondelez Warehouse Playbook, planning all aspects of operations to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost. As a lead point of contact for logistics program implementations, you will manage the quality and timing of rollouts while providing necessary process and system training. Your day-to-day involves analyzing current methods, standardizing SOPs, and developing productivity systems to monitor the effectiveness of projects, ensuring that operational processes evolve to meet business objectives.
