This position serves as a strategic partner in leading the future of snacking by optimizing the flow of pallets across our network. You will act as a distribution operations resource and liaison across functions, driving continuous improvement in quality, cost, and service. The role involves managing complex problems where analysis requires in-depth evaluation of various factors, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices to solve issues creatively.
You will be instrumental in formalizing the Mondelez Warehouse Playbook, standardizing SOPs, workflows, and productivity across multiple projects. This includes leading change management for new concepts, technologies, and training initiatives across internal operations, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and plant partners. As a key point of contact for logistics program implementations, you will manage the quality and timing of rollouts while ensuring consistent data and performance at all RDC sites. Your work will have a notable impact on corporate operations and fiscal health, requiring regular interaction with peers, management, and senior leadership to influence policy-making bodies both internally and externally.
