This position serves as a strategic partner within the United States distribution network, a critical hub for our operations where we produce and distribute our well-loved brands to ensure the right snack reaches consumers at the right moment. You will lead the optimization of pallet flow, project management, and operational governance across multiple sites, acting as a liaison between internal warehouse capabilities, third-party logistics partners, and plant operations.
In this role, you will drive complex change management initiatives, standardizing workflows and developing the "Warehouse Playbook" to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost. You will not only manage budgets exceeding $20M but also foster a culture of continuous improvement, utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions. Your work will directly impact corporate operations and fiscal health, requiring you to navigate complex cross-functional challenges and influence policy-making bodies at senior levels.
Candidates selected for this role must be able to pass federal, state, local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. The interview process typically involves a review of your strategic approach to supply chain optimization and a deep dive into your experience managing large-scale P&L responsibilities and cross-functional initiatives.
