This role serves as a strategic partner in leading the future of snacking by optimizing the flow of pallets into and out of our network. You will act as a distribution operations resource and liaison across functions, providing new ideas, policies, and procedures to improve quality, cost, and service. The position requires managing complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of various factors, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways.
You will drive change management when implementing new concepts to internal operations, third-party logistics (3PL), or plant partners. This includes formalizing standard project templates, developing training tools for new business methods, and serving as the lead point of contact for Logistics program implementations. Your work will directly impact corporate operations and fiscal health, requiring you to negotiate complex matters to influence policy-making bodies both internally and externally. You will also assist in the design and maintenance of the Mondelez Warehouse Playbook, planning all aspects of operations to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost.
