About the Role
This position serves as a critical distribution operations resource and liaison across functions within the United States, our largest market. You will lead the implementation of logistics programs and manage the flow of pallets into and out of the network, ensuring the highest level of service at the lowest cost. The role involves driving change management for new concepts across internal operations, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and plant partners. You will act as the lead point of contact for rollouts, managing quality, timing, and necessary training while standardizing SOPs and workflows across multiple projects. This is a high-impact role where you will exercise judgment to solve complex problems, influence policy-making bodies, and determine methods for new assignments to support corporate operations and fiscal health.

Requirements
