This position serves as a strategic leader within our U.S. distribution network, where we produce our well-loved household favorites to ensure our consumers have access to the right snack at the right moment. You will act as a distribution operations resource and liaison across functions, driving the evolution of our warehouse capabilities. Your mission is to manage the flow of pallets, optimize processes, and lead change management initiatives for new technologies and operational concepts. You will partner with the internal Warehouse capabilities team to ensure consistent data and performance across all RDC sites, while also serving as the lead point of contact for Logistics program implementations. This role requires you to design statistical reports, formalize project templates, and develop training tools to enable future capability development and continuous improvement.
