As a Manager, Technology Product & Solutions, you will lead the definition, deployment, and support of technology solutions that enable key business capabilities. You will shape the technology vision and roadmap for your area, partner across teams to deliver exceptional end-user experiences, and grow a high-performing team that consistently delivers business value.
This role exists to translate business capabilities into a clear technology vision and priorities. You will guide application configuration and services, partnering across architecture, engineering, and QA through deployment and 24x7 support. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the team delivers results that inspire with every cup.
