This position serves as a strategic partner to drive store profitability and increase brand awareness and equity across all Tommy Hilfiger stores and Wholesale Shop-in-Shops within the assigned territory. You will oversee the execution of America's visual guidelines, adapting regional direction to meet specific business and customer goals at the store level.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with visual merchandising, visual operations, and Field leadership teams. Your day-to-day involves executing training for VM team members and the broader field team, leading new store openings and renovations, and managing in-store amplifications and pop-ups. Success in this position requires a candidate with demonstrated experience in the Northeast region.
