Ecoplexus is a rapidly-growing developer of large-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects serving corporate and utility energy purchasers across six countries. Headquartered in San Francisco, the company has expanded at an annual rate of over 50% since its founding in 2009. We design, build, finance, own, and operate projects throughout the US, Mexico, and Asia.
We are seeking passionate self-starters and creative thinkers who are driven to be part of the renewable energy industry and the transformative change it is bringing. Our dynamic growth environment offers the capacity to assume increasing responsibility and the opportunity to apply imagination and vision to real-world challenges.
As the Manager, Real Estate - Solar and Storage, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Company's siting and project development goals in the United States, with a specific focus on standalone storage projects. This position is designed for a hands-on leader who will manage the entire land acquisition lifecycle, from initial planning and targeting to negotiating agreements, handling legal and title aspects, and preparing the real property components for financing and construction.
In this role, you will not only manage third-party brokers and agents but also lead key initiatives to identify innovative siting approaches in this exciting new sector. You will act as a bridge between the company, landowners, and public agencies, educating stakeholders on the value of renewable energy projects while fostering strong community relationships. Your work will directly influence the company's ability to secure critical sites and execute complex transactions under strict deadlines.
We look forward to hearing from you. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply directly through our career channels. Please note that no third-party solicitations will be accepted for this or any other Ecoplexus position.
