About the Role

As the Manager, Real Estate - Solar and Storage, you will play a pivotal role in the siting and project development goals for our standalone storage projects in the United States. This position is designed for a hands-on leader who will manage the entire land acquisition process, from initial planning and targeting to negotiating agreements and preparing real property components for financing and construction.

In this role, you will be the bridge between the company's strategic vision and on-the-ground execution. You will lead negotiations for complex land and site acquisition agreements, manage third-party brokers and consultants, and foster strong relationships with landowners and community groups. Your work will directly support the company's mission by identifying innovative siting approaches in this exciting new sector of renewable energy development.

You will collaborate closely with our permitting, transmission planning, and legal teams to ensure timely public review and approval, including environmental and entitlement reviews. Whether presenting to public bodies, fielding questions from large community groups, or managing landowner payments and cash flow projections, you will be instrumental in securing the assets needed to build the future of energy.
