We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Testing Manager to lead on-site QC testing operations supporting the Interventional Oncology (IO) business in Austin, Texas. This role is pivotal in ensuring that incoming materials, in-process samples, and finished medical devices meet defined specifications prior to release.
In this position, you will drive compliance with Quality System Regulations, support sterilization and biocompatibility activities, and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor process performance. You will partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supplier Quality to ensure product quality, patient safety, and business continuity. As a Manager, you will provide people leadership and execution-focused accountability, managing and developing QC testing staff while acting as a Subject Matter Expert during internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Experience with sterilization methodologies (Steam, Ethylene Oxide, Gamma). Experience supporting biocompatibility testing and biological safety activities. Experience with microbiology, environmental monitoring, water testing, or cleanroom programs. Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) or manufacturing changes.
