About the Role
To drive continued success in this exciting clinical research field, we are seeking committed, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join our winning team as a Principal Clinical Data Manager. This role serves as a critical leader in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of clinical trial data. You will act as the primary contact for data management timelines, deliverables, and technical issues, while providing oversight and approvals for complex data management tasks.
In this position, you will lead efforts in developing database specifications, managing data flows, and ensuring compliance with trial sponsor requirements. You will facilitate user acceptance testing, resolve complex queries, and train clinical trial personnel on electronic data capture systems and quality control processes. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical execution and strategic project management to support our clients' needs across the USA.
Location and Work Model
This position is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, USA, with the option to work remotely from a home-based office anywhere in the USA in accordance with our Work from Home policy.

Requirements
