Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Case Management, the Manager of Nursing and Case Management provides integrated clinical and operational leadership for nursing and case management services within our residential treatment programs. This role is accountable for the coordination, quality, and continuity of medical, psychiatric, and care coordination services provided to youth and their families.
You will oversee the medical well-being of all residents, providing direct supervision and professional support to nursing and case management staff. Your work ensures the integration of physical health, psychiatric care, medication management, and psychosocial care coordination through a trauma-informed, youth-centered approach aligned with individualized treatment and safety plans. In collaboration with interdisciplinary partners, you will ensure effective care coordination across disciplines and service settings, support the timely identification and escalation of clinical risks, and promote continuity of care throughout the youth's treatment journey.
This position provides leadership that strengthens advocacy for youth and families, supports professional practice across disciplines, and ensures care delivery meets program standards, safety expectations, and organizational values. You will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable licensure, regulatory, and accreditation standards while ensuring your teams are equipped with the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
