This position is responsible for managing and implementing a strategic, measurable internal communications program that supports and advances the Memorial Hermann strategies, mission, vision, and values. The role serves internal audiences including employees, physicians, volunteers, and board members.
Note: This is a 2-year temporary position.
In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive internal communications plans, working collaboratively with Communications, corporate, and hospital leaders to achieve strategic objectives. You will help set and maintain graphic and editorial standards, ensuring quality and consistency across all internal deliverables such as memos, talking points, video scripts, and presentations. Beyond content creation, you will foster teamwork, mentor staff, and contribute to the organization's culture of safe, caring, and personalized experiences.
