This position serves as a trusted subject-matter expert and strategic partner to managers, directors, and business leaders. You will provide guidance on a wide spectrum of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, and change management. The role is designed to ensure the consistent application of policies and a positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
In this capacity, you will execute talent and engagement strategies that directly support business objectives. You will perform needs analysis to identify gaps in compensation, recruiting, and talent development, collaborating with senior HR leaders and Centers of Excellence to deliver tailored, scalable solutions. A key part of your day-to-day involves facilitating difficult conversations, resolving escalated conflicts, and building consensus to settle disputes related to HR policies and practices.
You will coach managers and directors on HR and business-related issues, proactively implementing solutions that align with HR strategy. By interpreting HR data and metrics, you will analyze root causes of work environment issues and make data-driven recommendations to support organizational culture and performance. Your work will drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development while mitigating organizational risk through the enforcement of compliance requirements.
