About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our food production operations, responsible for supervising a unionized workforce in a high-volume environment. You will ensure that food specifications, quality assurance, sanitation, and strict regulatory compliance (HACCP and FDA) are maintained while managing labor and food cost controls.
In this role, you will drive positive program change and improve unit performance by coaching, counseling, and developing a team of over 40 employees. Your day will involve balancing operational demands with people management, from conducting performance evaluations and ensuring fair labor practices to monitoring daily manpower planning and minimizing waste. You will work closely with management to align financial goals with productivity, ensuring that every meal meets airline specifications and that our team operates safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Nice to Have
