Join a global diversified pharmaceutical company driven by a relentless mission to deliver better health outcomes to patients. We are committed to a culture that does not just wait for change but actively creates it, where your skills and values drive collective progress. We are all in it together to make a difference, enriching lives through our work.
As a Manager, Field Reimbursement (West), you will serve as a subject matter expert in compliantly educating healthcare provider (HCP) staff on Customer Support Programs while addressing patient-specific reimbursement and access needs. This role is critical for building and maintaining professional relationships with key account contacts across your assigned geography, which includes Phoenix, Bakersfield, San Diego, and San Francisco.
You will act as a strong individual contributor who displays leadership skills to contribute to business impact with peers and customers. Your day-to-day involves working seamlessly and compliantly in coordination with customer support services, specialty pharmacies, and other field teams to support patient access. You will navigate complex patient access challenges, condensing complex issues into simple solutions to improve the customer experience. By educating office staff on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payer appeals, and financial assistance options, you ensure that patients receive the care they need regardless of their insurance status.
Candidates selected for this role will be invited to participate in a series of interviews designed to assess technical expertise, cultural fit, and problem-solving capabilities. The process typically includes an initial screening, followed by deeper discussions with hiring managers and potential team members to evaluate alignment with our mission and values.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE Disability/Veteran) committed to building diverse teams that are representative of the patients and communities we serve. We strive to create an inclusive workplace that cultivates collaboration, ensuring that every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute to our shared goals.
