As a Manager, Field Reimbursement (West), you will serve as a subject matter expert in compliantly educating healthcare provider (HCP) staff on Customer Support Programs while addressing patient-specific reimbursement and access needs. You will build and maintain professional relationships with key account contacts across your assigned geography, which includes Phoenix, Bakersfield, San Diego, and San Francisco.
This role requires you to work seamlessly and compliantly in coordination with customer support services, specialty pharmacies, and other field teams to support patient access. You will be seen as a strong individual contributor who displays leadership skills, contributing to business impact with both peers and customers. Your day-to-day involves navigating complex patient access challenges, condensing complex issues into simple solutions, and improving the overall customer experience.
