About the Role

This position serves as the internal subject matter expert for the Equifax Ignite platform, bridging the gap between complex data and actionable business strategy. As a player-coach style individual contributor, you will operate independently to develop deep expertise in consumer credit bureau data while simultaneously guiding, training, and establishing best practices for internal stakeholders. Your work will translate business needs into data-driven decision-making, enabling the organization to leverage tradeline structures, attributes, and scores to improve underwriting and reduce credit losses.

Hiring Process

We are seeking candidates who can thrive in a loosely structured environment and demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders across Risk, Operations, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills to convey findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including occasional executive interaction.

Work Environment

This role is open to on-site candidates at any of our hubs in Greenville, SC; Plano, TX; Washington, D.C.; or New York, NY.
