About the Role
As a Manager, Customer Experience, you will manage the business side of relationships with Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers in the region. Your focus is to build working relationships with customers' senior operational management to achieve high levels of satisfaction regarding company operations and the development of standard operating procedures. You will contribute to cross-functional teams to deliver projects supporting customers' business objectives, develop cost efficiencies, and bring key stakeholders together to solve problems and eliminate roadblocks.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional Customer Experience (CXT) members to identify root causes of operational issues and secure alignment and resources to resolve chronic issues. You may also have direct report responsibilities for a Sales Team. The position involves counseling retail customers on P&L opportunities, managing new business start-ups, and coordinating operational planning for key events like holiday planning and grand openings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kapolei, HI, requiring approximately 50% travel for food shows, meetings, and customer visits.
