On behalf of our client, Tonix Pharmaceuticals, Inizio Engage is seeking highly motivated, results-driven professionals to join an exciting and growing pharmaceutical sales organization. This is a direct hire opportunity for a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to support an innovative organization focused on advancing treatment options in the fibromyalgia space.
The RSD plays a key role in building a high-performing, engaged team while supporting professional growth and maximizing both individual and collective potential. We are seeking dynamic sales leaders who are passionate about coaching teams, driving performance, and building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence. This position reports directly to the Area Sales Director.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will provide field-based leadership to a team of Account Managers, driving performance through effective coaching and strategic oversight. Your mission is to ensure sales goals are consistently met or exceeded while fostering an environment of integrity and urgency. You will serve as a bridge between the field and cross-functional partners, collaborating regularly with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align strategies and maximize market segment dynamics.
In this role, you will be expected to maintain high technical expertise to respond accurately to product and business-related questions from both employees and customers. You will uphold the company mission and values through accountability, innovation, and teamwork, ensuring all activities adhere to established occupational health and safety procedures, good manufacturing practices (GMPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
