About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Senior Representative to drive growth in our Arizona commercial fuel and vehicle service equipment (VSE) business. This is not a generic sales role; you will serve as a trusted advisor to commercial customers, including fleet operators, offering tailored equipment solutions, turnkey construction services, and regulatory-compliant maintenance programs.
The ideal candidate understands—or is eager to learn—the operational challenges and compliance demands faced by our clients. You will navigate technical proposals in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, partnering with estimating, project management, and service dispatch teams to own the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close. Your goal is to deliver ROI for the client while ensuring margin for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
